Title: Cosmology with Multi-band Imaging Surveys: Present Efforts and Future Prospects

Abstract:

I will discuss the prospects for doing cosmology with the current and next generation of multi-band imaging surveys. I will situate this discussion in three cosmological measurements done with the Sloan Digital Sky Survey -- measuring the two point correlation function of galaxies, detecting the Integrated Sachs-Wolfe effect, and the weak lensing of the cosmic microwave background by intervening matter. I will then conclude with a discussion of the challenges for the next generation of surveys.
