Abstract:
An overview of the Run II D0 Tracker will be presented, with emphasis on novel hardware and performance. The tracker is composed of a Scintillating Fiber Tracker which surrounds a more conventional Silicon Microstrip Detector. Tracker calibration and reconstruction algorithms will also be discussed. An overview of new physics results from D0, with particular emphasis on those (such as B Physics) which are heavily dependent on tracker performance, will conclude the talk.
