strengthening of Bell's theorem by means of counterfactual
reasoning compatible with quantum philosophy---in place of
hidden-variable reality assumptions that contradict the precepts
of quantum philosophy.]
Reply to "On some methods of Strengthening Bell's theorem using
counterfactuals" by T. Bigaj
This reply is a strong (and techically new) defense of my claim
that orthodox quantum precepts (which preclude the use of hidden
variables, or associated "reality" assumptions) entail the necessity
of faster-than-light transfer of information. The argument uses my
previous technical conclusions (examined and reaffirmed by Bigaj---
Sumbitted for publication) in a technically new way.
Letter commenting on Bigaj's book "NonLocality and Possible Worlds".
Bigaj's detailed book criticizes works by Redhead, and Redhead, Butterfield,
and Clifton, and by Shimony and Stein, that have criticized my nonlocality
proofs. I use Bigaj's detailed work first to defend my earlier proofs, and
then to describe my most recent (very simple) one. October 3, 2007
