NSF Special Emphasis Panel Report

The postscript files available below are the report of the NSF Special Emphasis Panel established by Dr. Robert Eisenstein, Director of the Physics Division at NSF. The panel worked with Dr. Willi Chinowsky and Dr. Marvin Goldberg of the Experimental Elementary Particle Physics program at NSF. The report was submitted to Dr. Eisenstein on March 20, 1996. The members of the panel were Joel Butler (Fermilab), Robert Cahn (LBL, chair), Peter Fisher (MIT), Fred Gilman (Carnegie-Mellon), Nick Hadley (Maryland), Ritchie Patterson (Cornell), Abe Seiden (U.C.
