All went smooth , we measured the honeycomb strips individually , found one side ( left) differed from .1915 to .194, the center .1965 to .1935 , and the other (right) .196 in one end .191 in the middle and .193 end. as it was we did a dry fit on the vacuum fixture running the dial indicator , and were getting rocking motion, very uneven surface .To cure the problem set 600 double back sandpaper on the granite slab , set shims and worked the honeycomb plane to .194 this took all the high spots out. Re did the dry fit and ran the dial indicator up and down as lateral ,, the indicator stayed @ 0 . Then we proceeded on the bonding . added the weights and re ran the dial indicator to re check .....it was 0 all the way through again... here are some pictures of what we did on the sanding and bonding.
