Here is a brief content_v2 description in   Microsoft Word  and Postscript formats.

A code has been written to interpret test vector files (  VC++ Project  )  and
simulation  files (  VC++ Project  ) .

The output of running a program on test vectors is here:

The output of running a program on simulation vectors is here:

The format might be self-evident. First, the control (output)
lines are listed with the information of whether they have
been changed in the vector. Second, the contorl commands
(output data) are listed, together with the time when they are initiated.

The idea was to get a better information that a bitstream.
