Subject: Re: Invitation to Give a Seminar at LBNL Date: Fri, 20 Feb 1998 11:13:05 -0800 From: Paul Tsai To: MKihanya@lbl.gov Dear Mary: Thank you for the details of the invitation to me for my talk at LBNL. I will drive to LBNL so I definitely need a gate access and a reservation for parking. I will come back to SLAC after the seminar so hotel reservation is not necessary. I will be there at around 11 am and have lunch there. The title of my talk will be `` Do leptons participate in CP Violation?" and the abstract is: Leptons as a parent or as daughters can participate in CP violation only if there exists a spin 0 charged boson that interfere with the dominant the W boson exchange mechanism in the decay of leptons or semileptonic decay of K, D, B, t etc. We discuss experimental ways to find CP violations in several of these decays that are most likely to yield the first discovery of such an effect. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Paul Tsai Dear Dr. Tsai: > >The Physics Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory >would like to invite you to visit and give a seminar on Thursday, March >5, 1998 at 4:00 PM. > >During your visit we will provide you with secretarial assistance, >access to our computer facilities, and a desk. > >As regards your expenses, LBNL will pay your local expenses.
