Abstract:

Evidence for neutrino mixing comes from atmospheric and solar neutrino experiments. The mixing matrix in general has a phase analogous to that in the quark CKM matrix. It may be possible to probe this phase in long baseline neutrino experiments. If neutrinos are Majorana there are two additional phases which play an important role in double beta decay. It may prove difficult to learn about these phases.
