Abstract:

Missing energy plus multijets is a classic signature for physics processes beyond the Standard Model. This talk discusses the methods used to improve and understand the missing energy measurement at Tevatron's CDF. An overview is given of the rich phenomenology where missing energy constitutes a discriminant for new phenomena signals at hadron colliders.
