Abstract:

The study of multiple gauge boson production at the TeV scale constitutes a unique opportunity to test the Standard Model of electroweak interactions at the highest possible energies. The ATLAS detector at the LHC recorded in 2011an integrated luminosity of 5fb-1 of proton-proton collisions. A portion of the 2011 data have already been analyzed and ATLAS re-discovered the known gauge-bosons in single and pair production processes, measuring production cross section and setting limits on anomalous triple gauge boson couplings.
