Title: The Neutrino Program at JHF

Abstract:

JHF is a new 50-GeV proton accelerator facility under construction in Japan. Its intense neutrino beam provides an opportunity to measure the mixing angles of the neutrinos with better precision and sensitivity than the upcoming long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiments. It also serves as the first step towards a neutrino factory for studying CP violation in the lepton sector. I shall report on some details of this initiative gathered from a few meetings.
