Abstract:

CESR-C is a proposed 3-4 year low energy extension of the CESR program, including a one year run to collect of order one billion decays. This statistics will enable definitive conclusions about the existence of the gluonic states expected in the QCD spectrum. I will also discuss briefly the potential contribution to future precision electroweak physics from measurements of at CESR-C.
