Cheers Mark Title : "W mass measurement at CDF" Abstract : "The worlds largest sample of W bosons have been detected by the CDF detector at Fermilab in three running periods. The mass of the W boson when combined with other electroweak measurements, in particular a measurement of the top quark mass, provides a valuable constraint on the mass of the, as yet unobserved, Higgs Boson. In this talk the latest W mass measurements from CDF will be presented. When combined with previously published CDF W mass measurements an uncertainty on the W mass of 79 MeV is obtained. Presently this represents the most precise determination of the W mass by a single experiment."
