Subject: Dec 3 talk at LBL Date: Sun, 1 Nov 1998 15:40:48 -0600 (CST) From: Jack Ritchie To: mkihanya@lbl.gov CC: bkabbott@adonis.lbl.gov Mary: Hi. I am sending you this, as requested by Brad Abbott, in connection with my giving a talk at LBL on Dec 3. I include below your form. Please let me know the protocol with respect to travel. I would assume I should make the arrangements, but let me know for sure. Also, a suggestion for a hotel would be helpful. I could either arrive Wednesday evening, or Thursday morning although this leaves less safety-margin for travel foulups. Please advise if there is any expectation with respect to when I should arrive at LBL on Thursday. Also, I am not very familiar with LBL, so directions on where to go would be useful. Thanks for your help.
